4. Prescription Eyewear

Customers purchasing prescription eyewear are responsible for providing complete and accurate prescription information.

• Cylinder (CYL)

• Axis

• ADD

• Pupillary distance (PD)

• Prism information when applicable

• Other measurements or information necessary to prepare the selected lenses

By submitting prescription information, you confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to use the prescription.

EM FRAMES prepares prescription eyewear based on the information submitted with the order.

Customers should carefully review all prescription information before completing checkout.

If incorrect prescription information is submitted by the customer, EM FRAMES may not be responsible for remaking or refunding customized prescription lenses except as otherwise required by applicable law or stated in our Refund & Return Policy.

5. Prescription Changes

If you discover an error after submitting an order, contact info@emframes.com as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes before prescription processing begins.

Once customized lenses have entered processing or production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
